Shoddy work. Missed loads of stuff and when it came to valuing the property just guessed and undervalued it. I had to pay £80 extra for 2 sentences on valuation. Company ought to be "cut out and made good" like his phrases in report. Lesson learnt, to others please do not use them

Carried out the highest level property survey pre-purchase. After moving into the property it was apparent there were a number of issues which had been missed during the survey. The surveyor refused to come back to the property and have a look and have not addressed the complaint in over two months. It appears once they found out some of the work carried out on the property was under warranty they did not bother to inspect a number of areas. Avoid unless you want to spend months trying to deal with complaints following the purchase.

Albright Surveyors came recommended to us, Liza was very quick and efficient to get a quote to us and followed up on booking a date, this was at the start of lockdown and then we had to postpone. But once we were able to resume Guy went out and did a thorough job of our buildings survey (the property is 1930's), wearing PPE and taking precautionary measures for our sellers. We were really pleased with all the detailed information we received back in our report. Would recommend.
