James Trapp5 StarI can highly recommend Bosence Associates for their expertise and efficient, friendly, first class service. We bought a grade two listed building on Dartmoor and had wanted to undertake some sympathetic repairs to maintain its structural integrity as it had been neglected for many years. I made the mistake of making the application myself as it seemed straightforward enough and we were not trying to cut any corners. Needless to say it wasn't, the detail required was beyond a reasonably intelligent layman and this caused unnecessary delays. It all ran smoothly once Tom got involved with a lovely end result. I would advise anyone in the same position to use a Heritage Surveyor from the outset or not buy a listed building in the first place!Sunday 24th April 2022
