When planning our home renovation we were initially overwhelmed with ideas and by the planning process. Chris from CLC projects helped us refine our ideas and made great suggestions - such as a vaulted entranceway - to improve our home. This is the most commented on feature now works are finished. He has an excellent knowledge of the planning process and progressed our application in stages in order to have passed what we wanted. Chris produced detailed tender packs in liaison with our structural engineer which enabled contractors to price the works accurately. During construction Chris was available for any queries we had. Overall Chris’s expertise complemented by his friendly and professional attitude has led us to recommend him to friends and family also considering having works done to their home.

We've had the pleasure of working with Chris from CLC Projects on two projects now, Firstly an application for a new roof and a second one for a log cabin/office space. On both occasions I was blown away by Chris's knowledge and attention to detail on the project, he kept us in the loop at all stages of the project and answered all queries with the local authority quickly and efficiently resulting in both of our applications getting the green light for approval. Chris was fantastic in helping us plan a ground floor extension and re-configuration of our ground floor layout. He was friendly and professional, making excellent suggestions on how to get the best use of our space. Nothing was too much trouble, with Chris putting together a few designs based on our initial consultation and then providing further options when it came to details like windows and skylights. He also put together a detailed tender pack which included locations of plugs and light switches and this was a valuable help to our builders. We highly recommend Chris!
